What Family Living is
The Crestview Family Living Program provides whole families a place to live together while parents engage in the work their family’s plan requires — trauma recovery, addictions treatment, counselling and parenting skill development.
Children stay with their parents throughout. Parents remain fully responsible for their children’s daily care; Crestview staff are present around the clock to model, encourage and support healthy family life.
How it works
Discover how Crestview Care Inc. supports families through housing, recovery, and parenting skill development for reunification.
Step 1: Referral & consultation
A caseworker or agency contacts Crestview. We review the family’s needs together and confirm fit.
Step 2: Welcome & settling in
The family moves into Meadow House or Wildrose House and establishes daily routines with staff support.
Step 3: Reunification Pathway
Parents pursue the goals in their plan — treatment, counselling, skill-building — with staff modelling and coaching alongside daily family life.
Step 4: Going home
Transition planning begins early. When the family is ready, they return home together, with connections to community supports in place.
