We guide for the climb home
Crestview Care Inc. was founded on a simple conviction: families do their best healing together. Based in Leduc, Alberta, we opened our first two homes — Meadow House and Wildrose House — in July 2026 to serve families across the province through our Family Living Program.
The name Crestview comes from the Alberta mountains: steady ground beneath your feet, a hard climb made with experienced guides alongside you, and the view from the crest — hope, perspective, and the way home.
Our approach
Shelter, not conquest. Our homes are places of protection and rest, not institutions to get through.
Guides beside, not above. Staff never take over a parent’s role. We model healthy interactions, coach in the moment, and support parents as they lead their own families.
Reunification is the goal. Every plan, every support, every day is oriented toward one outcome: the family goes home together.
Grounded in Alberta. We are part of this province’s communities and its child and family services system, and we work in genuine partnership with the caseworkers, counsellors, and community organizations around each family.

Accountability
Crestview Care Inc. operates within Alberta’s Children and Family Services system and holds itself to the standards expected of a licensed residential care provider, including pursuing accreditation with the Canadian Accreditation Council of Human Services.
